• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
• If we need to verify order details or address information, processing may take longer while we wait for your response.

Estimated delivery time

• After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 20-25 days.
• The delivery estimate starts after the order has been shipped, not on the date the order is placed.
• Delivery estimates are not promised arrival dates.

Shipping cost

• Standard shipping is $9 for orders below $38.
• Eligible orders of $38 or more receive free standard shipping.
• Shipping costs and free shipping eligibility are shown at checkout before you place the order.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information by email or on the order page after the package is dispatched. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after shipment.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address before completing checkout. If you need to correct an address, contact us at support@ahdatriadia.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipment.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Delayed, lost, or returned packages
