Return policy

We want your order from ahdatriadia.com to work for your everyday wardrobe. If an eligible item is not right for you, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Return window

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after the order is delivered.
• Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
• This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Return condition

• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition received.
• Items should include original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories when applicable.
• We may decline returns that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, odors, or missing parts not caused by our error.

Items that cannot be returned

• Gift cards, if offered.
• Items marked as non-returnable at checkout.
• Intimate, sanitary, or hygiene-sensitive apparel that has been opened, worn, washed, or tried on in a way that makes resale or safe handling unsuitable.
• Items damaged through misuse, normal wear, improper care, or alteration after delivery.

How to start a return

• Email support@ahdatriadia.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
• Wait for return instructions before sending any item back.
• Pack the item securely and follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and handling charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Inspect your order after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support@ahdatriadia.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide the appropriate next step.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size, color, or style is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.
